Several days later, a light airplane was flying over the Congo

"We are over the Congo. Are you sure you want me to pick you in a week? What happens if a... yautja attack you again?" Martin asked

"I am better prepared this time. Besides, I am here to level up" Sheena yelled over the wind from the wing

"Besides, Archimedes is here, but invisible. I have air support" Sheena yelled as she hung down the wing of the plane

"See you in a week!" Sheena yelled as she let go and jumped from the plane

Sheena could easily have transformed and sprouted wings

Or she could simply glide down gently

But this was only a few hundred feet in the air, and this height wouldn't bother her at all

Or she could call Archimedes for help, as he was flying invisibly nearby. But she didn't bother

She landed on the ground, kicking up a sand storm from her landing

"Ah.. no more civilization!" Sheena said as she removed her clothes

"I have been called the Queen of the Congo. Now, it's time to hunt" she said as she began to walk, using her extra senses

Several hours later, Sheena encountered a huge giant spider web

"Finally... D'ba Fofi" she said, and started calling into the forest with a telepathic call, which she used with animals

"That is not my name. The humans call me this. Call me Anissa" a voice said

"Greetings Anissa. My name is Sheena. Can...can I see you?" Sheena asked

"Thank you for seeing me. What a large spider you are. Your silk.. it's stronger than steel" Sheena said

"Now, after meeting you, I too can spin such webs" Sheena said

"And I now can generate your venom from stingers in my fingertips. How deadly are they?" Sheena said

"One still can kill an adult elephant!. You... stole my abilities. How interesting" Anissa said

"These are my abilities. This is why I am seeking animals like you. Rare creatures lost to time" Sheena said

"Do you have a companion? I would like to accompany you" Anissa asked as she suddenly shrank. "I do have companions, but you are welcome to join me " Sheena said. "Then I will hide on your body" Anissa said

"Are you sure you will be alright in there? I will try not to crush you" Sheena asked. "We spiders love holes to hide in. I will be.. comfortable here" Anissa said

Sheena floated down the Mutanda River the next few hours

Just then, the Kongamato appeared, the "Breaker of Boats" who dive bombed and attacked

"Yeah, you'll be released soon. I just wanted to mimic this" Sheena said and took off from the boat

After releasing the Kangamoto, she flew and dove into the Mkhondo river and began swimming

She wrestled the Mahamba, a 50 foot crocodile

She faced the Nguma Monene in the Motaba River , a serpant like lizard. Each creature making her stronger and more powerful, yet gaining their special abilities

She wrestled the Emela Ntuaka near the Meme River, a ceratops that survived the prehistoric days. More hardy and powerful than a rhino, she grew more and more powerful

She faced the Kasai Rex near the Kasai River, though not a Tyrannosaurus rex, but somehow related

And she met the Mkele Mbembe where the Congo River Basin, the diverter of rivers, the most famous cryptid of all in the Congo

A week later, a small plane flew over the Congo

Sheena shot through the air with grace on her newfound wings

"Glad to see you again, Sheena. Your adventures were quite.... interesting" Archimedes said

"You watched all that? I suppose you did, invisibly. You could have shown yourself from time to time" Sheena said

"I'm glad you're no worse for wear. But... you're naked!" Martin said

"Oh I forgot... Civilization. I left my clothes somewhere in the jungle" Sheena said sheepishly

And so with her goal to upgrade herself with the monsters of the Congo, Sheena headed home with Martin
